Complementing the Alpha Bench desking, is a choice of matching 2 or 3 drawer pedestals. Pedestals are available to order in the same colour as your desktops. Blade Designer Office Chair

Leather Office Chairs
If you are looking to purchase office chairs, there are many factors you must consider. You will have a budget in mind, but it is best if you set a limit or else it’s possible you may get carried away and overspend on your new chair. You will also need to determine how much time you are likely to spend in the office chair. This is important for two reasons – if you are only going to be using your office chair for an hour or so each day, then comfort and ergonomics may not be quite so important to you. But if like most of us, you will be sitting in your office chair for around 8 hours per day, then you will need to ensure that you have the best possible office chair as you do not want to take any chances with your health. Posture is important when you are sitting at a desk. It is important that your back and lumbar region are fully supported. Your should be able to adjust the height of your seat so that your feet are flat on the floor. The depth of the seat should be adjustable – as everyone’s legs are a different length, it is important that you are able to adjust the seat depth so that you have a gap between the edge of your seat and the back of your knee – you should ideally be able to fit your fist in the space behind your knee. Adjustable arm rests are also important so that the weight of your arms is comfortably supported when working at your desk. Many chairs have a synchro mechanism which enables you to tilt the back rest at an angle in relation to the seat base. After considering all these factors, you will then need to decide on the type of material you want on your chair. Leather office chairs are very popular as they are easily cleaned and hard wearing and will look good in years to come. No matter which material and colour you decide on, make sure that you have a good warranty with the product so that if any faults develop, you know you will have peace of mind and will not have to start this process all over again in a few months.
