Office Chair Functions

It can be very confusing choosing an office chair.  There are many chair types to choose from and often the terminology can be confusing - fixed back mechanism, Asynchro mechanism, knee tilt function.  What do all these mean and do you really need or want them?  To explain the chair functions available, please see our information page entitled "Chair Functions" on the left hand menu. 

Leather Definitions

If you are confused about the various types of leathers on the market today, take a look at our Leather Definitions page which clearly explains the differences between Full Grain Leather, Split Leather, Bonded Leather and PU or Split Leather.  Know exactly what type of covering is on your office chair before you purchase.

Fabrics and Materials 

As well as standard stocked colours, Saxen offer an unlimited choice of fabrics and materials on many of their products.  If you see the Unlimited Fabrics colour wheel next to a product, this means that this product can be manufactured in a fabric of  your choice.  Check out our Information Page entitled Fabrics and Materials for further details.
